Some reflections received after a session:
I had experienced distress and difficulties dealing with recurring ideas and emotions. On attending a session, I have since been able to deal successfully, and by referring back to it, tackle any recurring experiences. I was particularly impressed by the fact that the session helped me to use my own capacities and imagination, leaving me free to choose my own way, time and judgment to deal with the problem. This is a form of therapy that includes the freedom of the individual at its heart and offers a framework for self-healing.
I would just like to say how empowering and uplifting the session was. For the very first time in my life I can truly understand in a deep way why I have felt certain things and acted in a certain way, and also for the first time ever, I have the skills to help myself.
I felt that there was a great potency in the fact that this session was fundamentally a one –off, and the efficacy of the method was such that it did not need years of therapy, rather my own sustained practising of what I created in the session.
This gives me a tool to work with myself, not being dependent on some therapist or coach. It is a practical, focused method based on fully conscious work with my reactions, fears, anger, uncertainty and other issues arising from my daily work and life.
