First and third Saturdays in the month
throughout 2020 and 2021
11.30 to 1 pm (UK time*)
During the Covid lockdown I have been holding (free) Zoom talks on a Goethean Psychology approach to Resilience, Self-care and Self-development and I have discovered that the modality works effectively in this medium.
The lack of direct human contact is not so strong a loss in this modality, because the main benefit is embedded by the clients practising alone, over the following weeks, the pattern of gesture and sound that they themselves created during the session.
If you would be interested in learning about Goethean Psychology, I am offering a (free) 1.5 hrs Zoom workshop.
The Zoom talk (with a workshop element) would offer:
1) An explanation of the methodology of Goethean Psychology
2) An illustration of how Goethean Psychology works.
3) An opportunity for a practical experience (optional)**.
4) Discussion from questions arising
**Which you can use for your own self-care. For example, in handling your reactions from intensive client work or in moderating general, daily life tensions. It is also a very effective preliminary, when settling oneself for any meditative practice.
Individual Session
You are also welcome to experience, an individual 1:1 session using Zoom (also free), on any issue that you wish to tackle. The unusual aspect of Goethean Psychology is that intimate details of the issue do not have to be elaborated, because they are expressed in wordless gestures, not through talking about them. As one person put it:
“I was particularly impressed by the fact that the session helped me to use my own capacities and imagination, leaving me free to choose my own way, time and judgment to deal with the problem”.
For an individual session (1 to 1.5 hours long), email me to arrange a mutually convenient date and time.
