1. Resilience and Self-Care
Wednesday evenings 7.30 to 8.30 pm and Saturday mornings 11 am – 12pm (UK time*)
throughout 2021 and 2022
This is an invitation to a 1 hour (free) Zoom workshop to learn this practical method of handling anxiety and stress. For teachers, it is an effective support in handling what can arise from encounters with parents, colleagues and pupils; for parents, a support in parenting; for therapists, a way of self-care; for all, a way of handling the tensions in our lives.
It involves the Goethean observation of one’s own inner emotional state, through the language of gesture. Details or intimacies do not have to be shared, as what is seen in gesture, is for your own perception and experience, and nothing is interpreted or analysed – the fundamentals of Goetheanism.
This will be an experiential workshop, with little talk and no theory or intellectual analysis, and you will leave with a practical Resilience exercise that you can use in daily life.
It can also be an excellent foundation for inner settling before any meditative practice.
If you would like to join a workshop introduction to Goethean Psychology, then please email me to find out the next available ones
